Gingerbread House Heart

Hello High Hopes Fans!

Christmas is only a month away so if you haven't started your Christmas Cards yet, it's time to get started!

Today I am sharing a card that I made with
Gingerbread House Heart

I colored the image with Prisma Pencils (cardinal red, sky blue, apple green sienna, yellow).
Then I blended with gamsol and blending stumps.

The paper is The Paper Studio from Hobby Lobby.
The ribbon is Ofray.

The sentiment is Magic of Christmas.
I used Spellbinder Classic Rectangle dies.

Hot Chocolate Season

We have had a couple blasts of winter where I live. You know....the cold biting wind and yes even lots of snow. So far it has melted away the next day but it is a reminder that winter is just around the corner.

This also means that hot chocolate and marshmallow season is already here. There is nothing like putting on a sweater and curling up under a blanket with a cup of hot chocolate and marshmallows. Bear-ly Warming Up from High Hopes has it right from what I can see.......

I decided to make Bear-ly Warming Up into a little gift package. I found a super easy to follow tutorial for this on the This Is Me Playing With Paper blog and made my single sided gift box. Then after colouring up this cutie I hand fussy cut him and added some sparkly Stickles to his mug. I made the sentiment using my computer printed it off and voila! Some ribbon and a few sparkly gumdrops finish off my gift.
If you're looking for me....I will be curled up under a blanket with a cup of hot chocolate <wink>

Goliath Christmas Mouse

Howdy - MichelleO here today - How can you not love at little mouse dressed as Santa Claus? Goliath Christmas Mouse is too cute for words...

I colored with my Copics and then found a pattern paper from My Minds Eye with a border punch from Martha Stewart. Love this sweet little image.  I added Viva Decor white Pearl Pen for the beard and then Glitter pen for the hat. oh and I added some dots to the card for embellishment. The sentiment is a cute little "Small Merry Christmas Script" - perfect for your Christmas cards.  I sewed all the layers down.

Copic markers used -

This is such a great image - and there are so many image to choose from at the High Hopes Stamps web site! Click HERE to get there quick!

Snowy's Cup!

Hi High Hope Fans!
It's Tuesday so that means you can find me over on the High Hopes Blog sharing the cards I made. Today's cards feature the adorable "Snowy's Cup" from High Hopes Rubber Stamps!
I love this stamp because you can stamp a sentiment on the middle of the cup! I used the "Dot warm Winter Wishes" sentiment to do just that!

On the inside I used the "Dot Snowman Melts" sentiment!

My paper is from the Doodlebug Polar Pals 6x6 collection, an oldie but still one of my favourite paper collections! I used my Brother Cut N Scan to cut around my image and then popped it up with foam squares for added dimension. I struggled with this layout, I wanted to add more of something but couldn't decide what! Then my mom appeared in my ear saying "less is more" lol so I decided to just leave it like it is! Sometimes Mom is right LOL!

It's hard to see but there is Glossy accents on the nose and buttons, and Spectrum Noir Glitter pen on the purple areas and the red stripes of the candy cane.

Copics Used:
C1, C6, C8, YR04, R24, R27, R29
V12, V15, V17, B23, B26, BG10, BG11, BG13, BG18
